California Privacy Notice
Last updated: July 12, 2026
This notice for California residents supplements the AccessPPO.com Privacy Policy. The Site is operated by Persistent Policies, a registered trade name of Indoor Boys LLC, with lead capture services operated by Savra Marketing LLC (together, “we,” “us,” or “our”). It is provided to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA). Terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning here. To request this notice in an alternative format, email us at support@AccessPPO.com.
Categories of Personal Information We Collect
In the last 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information, as described in Section 1 of the Privacy Policy:
- Identifiers: name, telephone number, email address, ZIP code, and IP address.
- Customer records information: the contact details above and the general information you choose to provide about your inquiry, such as an income range or age range you select.
- Characteristics of protected classifications: limited to the age range you select, if you provide one.
- Commercial information: the insurance products you inquire about and your interactions with our services.
- Internet or other electronic network activity: pages visited, interactions with the Site and our advertisements, device and browser information, and advertising click identifiers.
- Approximate (coarse) location: inferred from your ZIP code or IP address. We do not collect precise geolocation.
We collect this information directly from you (forms and calls), automatically when you use the Site (cookies and similar technologies described in Section 5 of the Privacy Policy), and from our advertising platforms (such as click identifiers). We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial account numbers, biometric information, or professional or employment history through the Site.
How We Use and Disclose Personal Information
We use personal information for the purposes described in Section 2 of the Privacy Policy, including connecting you with licensed insurance agents and agencies, and we disclose it as described in Sections 3, 3a, and 4 of the Privacy Policy, including to the companies listed on our marketing partners page.
“Sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Because we are compensated when we connect you with insurance agencies, our disclosure of your contact information to those partners may be a “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA. In the last 12 months this was limited to identifiers, customer records information, commercial information, and internet activity, disclosed to the licensed insurance agencies and advertising partners described in the Privacy Policy. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Your CCPA Rights
- Right to know and access: what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared about you.
- Right to delete: subject to legal exceptions. Where the law permits, we may retain the minimum record needed to document and defend the fact of your consent to be contacted, honor your opt-outs, and comply with our legal obligations.
- Right to correct: inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: at any time.
- Right to non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
How to Submit a Request
Email us at support@AccessPPO.com, or use our Do Not Call request form to stop calls and texts. We will verify your request using the information associated with your inquiry, such as the phone number or email you provided. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask the agent for proof of your written permission and verify your identity. We respond within the timeframes the CCPA requires.
Retention
We retain personal information as described in Sections 3a and 7 of the Privacy Policy: generally, for as long as needed for the purposes described there, and consent records for at least five years from when the record is created or last relied on, and longer where a claim, investigation, legal hold, or law requires.
